Return Policy​

1.When Returns Are Accepted

You may request a return only if:

  • The watch is not as described in the listing.

  • The watch has a major defect not previously disclosed.

  • The watch arrives damaged during shipping.

 Please Note: Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction when the product matches the description and quality standards listed.

 

2. Condition Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return, the watch must be:

  • In the exact condition it was received.

  • With all original packaging, tags, documentation, and protective materials included.

  • Unworn, unaltered, and un-sized.

Any signs of wear, damage, or modification will void eligibility for a return.

 

3. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

  • The watch must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving return approval.

  • Any return request made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our responsibility (wrong item, defect, or shipping damage), Wonders of Time covers return shipping costs.

  • If the buyer changes their mind (when eligible), the buyer is responsible for insured return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Wonders of Time is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent without insurance.

 

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If a return is denied (due to condition or eligibility), the watch will be shipped back to you at your expense.

We understand that purchasing a timepiece online requires trust. That’s why every watch is carefully inspected, tested for quality, and packaged with care before it leaves our hands. If a genuine issue arises, our team will work with you quickly and fairly to resolve it.
